1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service apply when you download, access, or use the Tidy Logic mobile application. By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Limited license
Subject to these terms and applicable platform rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes. The App and its intellectual property are licensed, not sold.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and platform rules.
- Do not interfere with the App, its security, or another person's use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access or introduce malicious code
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except where applicable law expressly permits
- Do not use the App to infringe rights, mislead others, or cause harm
4. Your content and device
Content and settings created in the App are stored on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and backing up important content when an export or backup option is available. Removing the App, clearing its data, or changing devices may remove locally stored content.
5. Availability and changes
The App may depend on your device, operating system, network, App Store, or third-party services. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6. Privacy, third-party services, and platforms
The App uses Adjust and AppsFlyer for analytics and attribution. These providers may process device or app-instance identifiers and, when permitted by system rules and your authorization, an advertising identifier for product personalization, campaign attribution, and tracking. They may process only the information necessary for those contracted purposes, and cross-app tracking follows applicable system authorization requirements.
Data processing is further described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party services, websites, operating systems, and app marketplaces are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability and conduct are outside our control. The app marketplace is not responsible for support except where its rules or applicable law require otherwise.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or loss of locally stored content caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
8. Ending use, updates, and contact
You may stop using the App and remove it at any time. Your license ends if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
We may update these terms when the App or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
